Q)
How much brewer's yeast is needed to make 1kg of nucleotides
and RNA?
A) 50 kg of dry yeast is needed to produce just 1kg RNA. To make
up 1 kg of a nucleotide mixture takes 1.6kg of RNA. It takes approximately
2.5 kg of RNA to make 1kg of a single type nucleotide.
Q)
What is the manufacturing process (timescale, from harvesting
to packaging)?
A) The manufacturing process is very time consuming. From the extraction
of nucleotides and RNA, to the packaging, takes about 6-8 weeks.
Q)
Can soluble forms be produced?
A) Yes. But the ingredients would need to be modified to produce
a soluble form.
Q)
What is the mode of action of Nucell?
A) The active ingredients of Nucell are RNA and nucleotides. Nucleotides
are involved in the multiplication of cells by giving the basic molecules
for the multiplication of the DNA, giving the basic molecules for the
production of RNA, for synthesis of protein and in the transfer of energy.
Q
How would anyone who has an auto-immune condition be affected
by taking Nucell. In particular, how would it affect anyone who has an
auto-immune illness, which has not yet been diagnosed?
A)
In cases of auto-immune diseases, where the immune system acts against
our own systems or organs, Nucell should be avoided. An improved immune
reaction would increase the reaction against the bodyıs own cells. For
some conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, Nucell can be beneficial,
but should be used only under medical supervision.
Q
Is Nucell suitable for tumours and cancer sufferers?
A) Some independent studies and our own experience shows that Nucell
can be useful in combination with other treatments of tumours and cancers,
but further research needs to be carried out.
Q
What conditions has taking Nucell helped?
A)
Nucell supplies the basic molecules to enable the immune system to act
to its optimal level. Although Nucell is very helpful in all infectious
diseases, it is mostly effective in viral diseases and supports wound
healing. Nucell improves the digestion and supports the treatment of intestinal
disorders. Nucell also helps the body to overcome stressful situations
in daily life and in sport.
Q
Why is it important for gout sufferers to drink plenty of water when taking
Nucell?
A) The basic ingredients of Nucell are nucleotides. In the body,
the nucleotides are finally metabolised to form uric acid. Gout is where
uric acid is not correctly excreted, and deposits in the joints occur.
Gout sufferers are therefore recommended to drink water in sufficient
quantities so that the uric acid is excreted in the urine. In general,
we recommend that everyone should drink plenty of water.
Q
How does Nucell affect sufferers of candida albicans?
A) Infection with candida albicans is a fungal disease which can
lead to a decreased immune defence. The nucleotides in Nucell clearly
improve the action of the immune system, therefore the positive effects
of Nucell can be expected. Candida albicans infections are often found
after long-term application of antibiotics. If using immune boosting products,
the application of antibiotics can be shortened and the infection rate
with candida albicans will be lower.
Q
How did the research into nucleotides and RNA come about?
A) The positive effect of nucleotides was found on newborn children.
Breast-fed children showed a much better development of the immune system
than children fed a milk formula. The big difference between a mother's
milk and cowıs milk, which is the basis of this milk formula, is the concentration
of nucleotides. The concentration of nucleotides is much higher in human
milk. If the milk formula - based on cowıs milk - is supplemented with
nucleotides, the development of the immune system is nearly identical
as in breast fed children. This was the reason for testing to see if nucleotides
could have a beneficial effect in adults.
